What is AWANA?

For over six decades, the Lord has used the ministry of Awana to reach kids, equip leaders, and change the world. The unchanging truth of the gospel drives the same vision we’ve held all these years to reach children in every corner of the globe as we walk boldly into the future and continue to be used by God to help change the world.

Awana is an internationally known Bible club for children ages 3 through 6th grade: CUBBIES: Ages 3-4 (PreK), SPARKS: Grades K-2, T&T: Grades 3-6, and Trek (6th Grade through High School). The letters in AWANA stand for Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed, which comes from 2 Timothy 2:15

*Scholarships may be available for those who need assistance purchasing supplies. Please contact Jessica Myerscough at jess@gofgbc.org for more information.
